Oregon Citizens Lobby

OCL Is a nonpartisan group.  They endorse Five Core principles and gade all bills and lawmakers using those standards.  By focusing on these principles we are able to objectively grade bills based solely on the merits of the bill itself. As a politician, it is the lawmaker's job to explain their actions to their constituents.
